Good Evening! Today was weigh day at the surgeons office. I had a nutrionist appointment. I don't eat enough to lose. I need to drink more fluids. All this exercise is wonderful but I need to really intake more food. They reminded me I was not a big person. However, I replied with, I was bigger enough to get here for a RNY. They told me even if it takes all day. Great !!!An obese person eating every hour(LOL) Hope you are all doing well. Thanks for reading.

Hello to all!!!!! Well, even though I do not have weight loss to report, I did lose inches. If I could exercise anyone can. My life has changed so much. I used to sit around and smoke all day. Now I am looking to exerise every chance I can. I feel lighter on my feet. I ran to the car in the rain. I could cross my legs with comfort. This is my new life and I am so glad for my RNY. My 35lb weight loss has really helped my health and well being. Get an ipod start with 20min a day and then increase. It makes you feel so good to exercise . Thanks for all your emails. I really appreicate every single one of them. You are all special..Have a great day!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Evening! I have gone to the extreme with exercising. I am exhausted. I did 30 min of cardio and 40 min of weights. Everything on this body hurts. In addition, to my body aches I did not lose this week. My weight loss has been such a struggle.The weight just doesn't fall off me. However, I have no choice other then to keep on trying. The halter top is still a dream (LOL) Here I look back a few months ago ,I was sitting around smoking cigarettes and drinking Dunkin Donuts coffee all day and eating carbs at night. Now my life is so different. One thing I could tell you I could still drink Dunkin Donuts coffee. (YUMMY) . Tip of the day) Never say never. If you want something bad enough you will get there. Good Evening! Today is just one of those days I am sad and don't feeling like doing anything. I am exhausted. I don't feel like eating ,drinking or exercising. So I will not have a tip of the day today. Actually, I could use one myself. I guess this part of being human.Hopefully my cheery self will be back soon. Thanks for the emails and reading my blog. I really appreicate it.

Good Evening! Big News. I was invited to a seminar to be a guest speaker to the new people interested in gastric bypass. This is right up my alley. Of course, I had to make this exciting. I am only 10 weeks out. So I went in with this big coat of mine(it was once my favorite). I introduced myself and told them how tight my coat once was.Now it is huge on me. Then I took the coat off and told my story. There were also other guest speakers with huge success stories. I hope to be just like them. This is such a great place for sharing our thoughts. We will have good and bad days. The scale will move down and somedays slightly up. We are all in this together. I am very grateful for all the support and motivation. I always thought if could motivate even one person here I would be so happy. From what I heard I have. Thank you. Good Evening! I hope you all saw the silver sandals. Well,its time to laugh. Here I am with my push up wonder bra and miracle girdle. I have lost 35lb from 3/7/2008- 5lb preop -total 40lb and I see all these people I haven't seen in a long time at a family party. Well, first lots of people are telling me you look wonderful etc............ but then they SAID we could see the WEIGHT LOSS in your face. Ok 40lb off my face.So much for my my arm curls with the shampoo in the shower (LOL). Tip of the day: Do the right thing it will make you feel better:)

Good Evening! I just posted a photo of the silver sandals along with a Kathy Van Zeeland bag. I had requests of a photo of my dog. His name is Niko and is a 4 year purebreed Shih Tzu. I do not know how to put his photo on the 2nd page and my famiy on the first page. Eventually I will figure it out. Big news here I lost 2lb since yesterday. I have been exercising a lot. I even thought of arm curls with the shampoo bottle in the shower. (LOL) I hope you are all having a great weekend. Thanks for reading and will update tomorrow. Good Evening to all! I hope you all had a better day then I did. I did not make to the gym and I really don't have a reason other then I was lazy. I will always be honest.The good part of my day was Dunkin Donuts gave free ice coffee out today.The line was out the door like I was at a concert. Well, I have a few parties this weekend and I am please to annouce I won't have to worry about dietng on Monday (LOL). Been there done that. Hopefully my surgery tool last forever. Tip of the day:I had Jerky Caribbean Shrimp tonight--it was sooooooooo hot I was sweating and it made so thristy.Not a good choice. Well, I should do what I teach and preach. So tomorrow rest assure I will be at the gym. This tool is a gift. One of my OH friends informed me about a restraunt card for big food chains that will honor a kids meal for bari patients. Hello to all. Well, today was WEIGH DAY. I lost a total of 8lb for the month. The surgeons office was pleased of course, I am always hoping for more. I wore very light clothing and my new silver sandals.The stores where I live are selling out of silver shoes like crazy. Some lady in the parking lot offered money to purchase them right off my feet. I guess she really wanted to take a walk in my shoes (LOL). I declined of course. So my total weight loss for 10 weeks------33lb since surgery. I expected more but it is what it is. So I will just keep on going strong with exercise, water and eating right. The best advice which I think we will all agree; Losing weight is the best feeling no one could buy or give you.
