Michele; I am sorry to hear that you were unable to have the surgery. I am sure their will be write ups about you in medical journals. Please know that you will continue in my prayers and thoughts. Sybil

Jsut wanted to thank you all and let you know that although I pretty much had surgery..I didn't have 'the' surgery. Once inside, they discovered that my stomach was an 'odd' shape and bypass would be impossible. Because of the rarity of my situation (1 out of 500 I'm told) Dr William's needs to get approval from the insurance company AGAIN. So..again I could use all your prayers. I continue to pray and hope the best for you all. This is definately a journey!!!! :)I'll update when I have a new date.

Just wanted to stop by and say congratulations an best wishes to you on your WLS journey. Everything will turn out fine. I had a hard time my first month & 1/2 but now things are great. See you on the losing side. Take care.

Congradulations and Good luck Michele, I will be praying that you have a speedy recovery. I will be three weeks post op Friday and I am feeling pretty good. I am back to work and getting around. Love & Hugs.
