My name is Michelle, but I go by Shelley. I'm 38 years old and live in Peoria AZ with my family. I married my high school sweetheart over 18 years ago and we have 3 amazing children. Ashton is 15, Dillon is 13 and Baily is 10.
After loosing my dad to a massive heart attack when he was only 51, and his father dying at 50 from a heart attack, I knew I needed to get control of my weight and health. I cannot do this on my own, I have tried and failed too many times. I'm tired of feeling like a failure. I'm tired of feeling like I'm less of a person because I'm overweight. I REQUIRE HELP with this issue and I'm ok with that! That is what I'm doing. I'm doing this for me because I want to be around to see my kids grow up.
