1st Surgical Victory

Got on the scale this morning 1 week after surgery and I was down to 249 pounds, been a couple of years since I was last below 250, not a big difference in clothes yet, guess its because I'm 6' tall, best case scenario I'm only likely to go down 4-5 sizes, but I'm heading in the right direction.
