"My first impression of Dr Warnock and his staff has been nothing but positive. They are very friendly and Dr Warnock looked me in the eye. I think that says something about a person. They have given me so much information that I keep going over it to make sure I know whats what. I don't mean for that to sound like a bad thing. I just think that they want for you to know the good, the bad and the ugly of the surgery process. They have explained the aftercare program with me, gave me information to keep at home and show family and there are meetings for you to find out more about the journey. So far, pre op, I would rate him a 10+. I would send my family to him, friends also. I believe that both surgical competence and bedside manner are important. Everyone at the office has been nothing but helpful and patient, since I like to ask so many questions. rnrnPost op, things have been basically the same. The staff is still so friendly and caring. Dr Warnock is seriously an angel. I think that he hides his wings beneath his jacket but they are there, I am sure of it. He truly cares. 24 hours a day, he is there for you and so is Karin. I have called her a few times, she has called me to check up on me and I am so thankful for both of them.....all of them. I know that this is just my experience and others may not see it as I do. "

"The staff on the 3rd floor was more than awesome! I had the best experience I think that you can have considering the type of surgery I had. I never felt that I was a burden no matter how many times I asked the same questions or had to ask for help. It was a great experience. Most of all I liked Rhonda and Daneesa (I think that is how you spell it). Oh and there was LeAnn who was awesome as well. They talked to me like a "normal" person and not an overweight patient. They made me feel so comfortable!!!"
