I'm back after a good long time and I'm looking to get back on track and would love some support and input on how to get my head back in the game. Just a quick intro about me . . .

i haven’t been on this site for a long time but now i’m Back and it won’t let me update my weight. The Health Tracker just has my current weight “grayed†out and won’t let me change it. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have an old one that keeps showing up on my posts even though on my profile it says it was deleted. Any suggestions?

Well, tomorrow is two weeks since surgery and I've lost 12.6lbs since my surgery date and a total of 20.6lbs since the start of my two week pre-op diet. After my post-op check yesterday my surgeon said I'm basically cleared to eat anything. I'm obvio

So my surgery was done last Friday and instead of feeling better and better, I feel like I'm getting worse and worse. I know everyone goes through a phase of regreting the surgery and all that and I don't regret it but I just want to feel better. It

I'm getting so excited and nervous. Less than two days and I will be under the knife! One thing I'll be happy about is for this two week liquid diet to be over. These protein shakes have been torture, but worth it. I've lost 10lbs in just the last

I just started my 2 week pre-op liquid diet and I finally put my Fitbit back on. Is there anyone here who uses Fitbit who'd like to connect through the app? Just thought it might be nice to be able to have people to do challenges with . . .etc.

I'm sure this subject has been done to death on this forum but I can't figure out how to easily search for old posts.
I'd love to know everyone's favorite protein shake, pre-mixed or powder. . . I start my pre-op liquid phase next Sunday and n

Looks like it might be a decent mix for making "bread-like" items. I'd love to hear from someone whose

My surgery is in 24 days and I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row. I know most of you take chewable multivitaimins after surgery but I was wondering if anyone has found a good liquid multivitamin. I'm trying to avoid some of the artifical additive

Has anyone else been ordered by the doc to do a liquid diet for a full two weeks before surgery? I understand a day or two but two weeks seems little extreme. Just wondering if my surgeon is the only one or if a lot of others have had to do this too. F

I posted a few months back about having issues with my lap-band and planning to revise to a VSG. Just wanted to share an update . . .

Has anyone been successful losing most or all of your excess weight and being able to prevent having skin so loose that you need plastic surgery?
Anyone have tips on things to do to keep your skin healthy and elastic and more likely to shrink a

Hi, I'm planning a revision from my lap band to VSG and I had a question about taking your usual meds after surgery . . .
I only take 3 medications on a daily basis, one of which is time-release and therefore cannot be crushed. I was reading t

I'm considering getting my lap band revised to the sleeve b/c I've been having some complications but we're planning to get pregnant again in the near future. So we saw my surgeon yesterday to discuss the revision and he said that I only had to wait T

I recently found out that my Lap Band has slipped so it's likely that I will need surgery to fix or remove or revise it.
A quick synopsis of my situation: Banded in 2010, initially lost about 50lbs, gained most of it back with pregnancy in 201

I'm looking for some input from anyone who might have experience in a similar situation!
I had the lap band in 2010, lost 50lbs, HW 235, LW 185, got pregnant 2012 and since the baby (2 1/2 years ago) have stayed right about 205-210. I don't fe
