well its still been great i went back to work after being on social security disability for a couple years. i went back to truck driving my weight loss stopped, so got a good job local now as a machinist keep moving not sedatary. and guess what weight loss kicked back in i was worried i was on road to fail but i wouldn't let it I'm here to stay I'm alive now.my marriage doing great now my wonderful wife wants to lose a bit so she can keep up with me my limbedo is in hyper drive  she and I are smiling all the time. well gotta go wife is calling  remember life is great it all yours to live have fun doing it bye.
