forgot to post about 3 year anniversary

on  August 14 was 3 years. everything is going well havent lost any in a long long time but havent gained either..so guess im doing ok....sometimes i forget that i am even different and think im normal and go to eat something that i shouldnt have but the pouch still is king and still remembers even when i dont. it will let me know very quickly what will happen...recently was at a friends house and she made some fresh apple cake with warm hard sauce ...tried eating a small portion but found out really quickly that i shouldnt have. had to make a mad dash for her restroom... so the pouch still works even at 3 years out. and im sure that if i could exercise i could lose some more weight , im getting ready now to have my left knee replaced and hopefully after that is well i can do some walking at least  and maybe other exercises.   I am so glad that i had this done and still at this late date would have it done yearly or more often if i had to to keep the life i have now. am looking forward to more exciting things to come.
