I have always had weight problems. I starting gaining weight probably when I was about 10. I love food. Always have. Yes, I hate it. I think about food all day long. I have lost over a 100 pounds before and was very happy with my size. I lost it by exercise and also I was taking phentermine. I would have taken that forever if I could have. But the doctors wouldn't give me a prescription for it. Which is good, better for my health. Slowly but I surly I have gained almost all the weight back. I still excerise 6 days a week. It is a hobby for me now. I do Zumba, turbo kick, spin, core classes. Whatever I can take. I love it!!! It is frustrating to not loose weight and exercise all the time. I did LA weight loss for a while, I lost about 30 pounds. But I just couldn't hang I guess.
I am married to a great guy. He can eat whatever he wants and stay thin. It drives me crazy! I always want to eat when he eats.
How come I made my life revolve around food? That is a big question for me!!!
This has always been a hard subject to talk about for me, to admit this problem! I feel like a failure sometimes because I can't get past this. But I think its time to make a change.
