Had my appointment with Dr. Aarts this morning at TWH. Very nice lady, goes through things quite quickly and I feel comfortable with her.
Lots of nervous energy going into the appointment but all went well. Not really looking forward to being on the optifast diet for 3 weeks but there are worse things in life. And, lets face it... its only 3 weeks!
