What to know what I am up to ???  Ben busy posting to the Northern California Loosers Group (NCL) ... You should check it out.. you don't have to live in California or even the notrhern part.. just be WLS patient or going to be, or thinking about it... No pressure. Just information posting and helpful stuff.
Well anyway that's what I have been doing.

I am also now down to 254.6.. I thought I would never see those numbers again. that a 54.6 weight loss for me. YEA!!! I am doing it..
