DAY BEFORE SURGERY

Today is the day before surgery, it is finally here! I weighed this morning, and to my SURPRISE I am down 18lbs (WOOHOOOOO) My surgeon wanted me to lose 10lbs before surgery, so I just might be able to hit that 20lb mark, fingers crossed. Yesterday I started the clear liquid diet, my surgeon only does a 2 day pre-op clear liquid diet. I must say it was a little rough. I was hungry but tried to remember it is for the best, I wanted to cheat just a little but I was strong and didn't. I am starting to get hungry now this morning but I know I can do it, just have to remind myself im almost there, I CAN DO THIS!!!!
