1 week post-op visit/drain removal

I was excited to see I had lost 13lbs in the first week, plus the 10lb before surgery so all in all im doing pretty well. I was REALLY NERVOUS when it came time to remove the drain, but everyone said oh its a piece of cake. well......apparently Im a fast healer they said and my stomach/insides were trying to heal over top of the drain and it was a little bit stuck. Yeah, so needless to say, that was an experience ill never forget, it took 3 "pulls" to get it out, but at least I can say ITS OUT!!! My middle stomach was a little sore after that the rest of the evening today but it has eased up some now. I am excited that is over with, now to the next milestone to get over is this last week of FULL LIQUIDS!!! I am so sick of liquids!!!! I am ready for some actual food not liquid. This to shall pass....
