Actually, it has been soooo long since I have wrote anything on here, you get busy and you just forget to get on..everything is still going well for me.......I have lost a total of 44 pounds since April...I would still do it all over again....and recommend it to anyone that has a weight problem....the medicine that you do not have to take any longer is amazing to me...I LOVE MY BAND!  I have upped my exercise to more miles a week walking, so that has helped my inches as well....my clothes are getting looser and looser, that is my scale, to know my clothes are looserthat is all I need for the self-confidence boost, yay!
