Hey all you fabulous Folks, I've been away for a while but I'm back! I've just been enjoying the summer... Finally I can eat a little more. I have worked Pasta, rice, fish and shrimp into my diet... I still can't eat Beef or chicken but I'm happy to be eating more than Mashed Potatoes!!! My weight lost is starting to slow down a bit but I'm not sad about it at all! So far I've lost 125-130lbs (depending on which scale I use) and I'm coming up on my 10 month anniversary!  Not too bad, not too bad at all!!! That was with no exercise at all. So I figure now if I go to the gym and help it out a little I can accomplish my goal of 180lb. So I got 45lbs to go and I'll be @ my goal weight.
