nutritionist or therapist - Anybody not using a nutritionist or a therapist.  I am self paying for my surgery.  The closest nutritionist and therapist is almost 3 hours away from where I live.

Pcp questions -  I'm going to Mexico for my surgery in may but was wondering what are some important questions to ask my pcp?  

Treadmill - I want to get a treadmill but not for what kind.  What would you guys suggest?
