I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.~*~Hugs~*~

SUSAN~~ HOPE THAT YOU'RE FEELING BETTER ~~~ May the world hug you today, With its warmth, and love. Pray it whispers a joyful tune in your heart. And may the wind carry a voice that tells you there is a friend, sitting in another corner of the world, wishing you well!

My Dr told me to take either Theragram M or Centrum Silver. They have to contain the trace minerals. Take them for life. You also need to take Vatamin D and calcium. Also B-12. Some of the RYGB patients have developed kidney stones while taking calcium. So beware, calcium can be a dangerous drug. Your blood levels of calcium need to be checked at following intervals: 6 wks, 12 months and then yearly. Your bone density should be checked yearly, as inadequate calcium and Vitamin D could result in severe osteoporosis and broken bones.Hope this helps. Leslie Elwood

Hi Susan, Congrats on having a smooth surgery and I'm glad you're home, on the other side, starting your new life! I'm glad to find someone who had the Lap-Banding done! I am having it too and am waiting for a date but have a feeling it won't be long. When you are feeling better, I will write and ask some questions about it. But right now, YAAAHOOO! You go girl! I am sooo happy for you. BIG HUG! Carol Percel
