I've made my goal....
Sep 10, 2011Soooo...i have made my goal a while back....now im just tryna maintain my weight!! I have been slacking on working out but today i started again....I walked/ran 3.5 miles and it felt great!! It sure feels good to be 200 pounds lighter!! Im happier and much healthier....
Im thankful to have a loving and supporting husband as well!!
