Yes, stock up on protein drinks, cottage cheese, broth jello, non fat refried beans, Progresso lentil or black bean soup, and tofu and canned tuna. That is all I've been eating so far. I've done very well with it. I tried eggs, but it did not agree with me. Never had a problem with them before, but for some reason I do now. But its ok, not the end of the world if I cant eat eggs.
