I dont know whats wrong with me but I kinda depressed when I see other people losing weight so quick and so much I feel like I am doing something wrong I just wish that I could know what it is that I am doing wrong. I know it will not happen overnight but I feel like others that had the surgery at the same time are flying by and I am taking my good ole time.. Just felt like venting about that sorry

So... It has been very hard for me so far I cant seem to get the protein in that I need and I cant find a drink that I can really get down. I have been going to the gym every day and walking for a 1/2 hour. I just feel like I am not getting down as fast as I would like. I always am thinking of food hopefully when I go back to work I will stop these cravings and thoughts. I know that I will some how find the strength to change it is just really hard it is all that I have known for soo long. Well good luck to all of you out there I know we will all achieve our dreams!
