New Years Resolutions

I heard a report that most New Years goals have been broken by January 31st.  That being said I decided this year I would make 12 goals, one for each month.  

January I’m focusing on getting my diet back on track.  More protein, less carbs, and to be soda free by the end of the month.  If I find myself getting burned out and losing focus I can remind myself it’s only for a month, and I can do anything for 4 short weeks.  In February I’ll change it up and make a new goal to work on.  If all goes well I hope I’ll be able to remain focused on having a healthy life style and be much better off by the end of the year!
