A new realization

Recently I was accepted to graduate school in a town 2 hours away. In the past 10 days I’ve been able to get off caffeine and carbs, and have dropped 7 lbs. I came home for a few days (where husband lives) and was tempted with all sorts of cravings/munchies. My husband is at a healthy weight, and he eats cookies and chips daily at lunch. I realized I can stay on a healthy meal plan better if he’s not around. Within the next year my husband will get a job in the new town and move in with me. Though I’ll be happy to live with him on a full time basis, I wonder if the temptation of cookies, chips, and carbs will be hard to resist. I guess the trick is to do the best I can when he’s gone and work one day at a time when he’s around.
