Still on a plateau

The during the entire month of August I have been fluctuating around 186-187, which is disappointing since I’ve had a 9 lbs loss almost every month for the three months.  I know it’s time for the body to adjust, but it would be nice to see the scale move again.  I always heard the 4th month is hard so here’s hoping it’s almost over.  On a good note my clothes are fitting better now than they did at the beginning of the month, so I know my continued efforts have been paying off.
