A small set back

May 23, 2019

I went for a check up with my weight managment doctor and I'm up 5 pounds from 2 months ago.  I've had a rough couple of months (stress wise) and then went on vacation.  The nutritionist suggested a 2 week reboot diet.  I know several people don't believe in a "reboot" however I do, and it seemed to work for me last year when I started my journey to lose the regain.  The hard part is finding the motivation to actually start.  I keep looking ahead of the rough year that lies before me (I'm in graduate school and this years classses are awful) and keep telling myself I need to make a plan to keep on track.  If I don't have a plan I know I'll definitly lose my way.  On a good note it is the start of summer, and I will be spending quite a bit of time outside.  I hope this will give me the good healthy start that I need to stay strong as my year of Hell begins.
