Since I have switched hospitals everything is going great! I love the surgeon and his whole staff. They accepted all my evaluations from the previous hospital and they will submit my case to their review board on the 8th of March which I should then find out my exact surgery date. It is looking like the end of March or early April. I am really excited that everything is going well so far but won't be 100% excited until I have the date....I'm sure everyone can relate. So all that is left for me is one more support group and 3 more nutrition classes. I have a picture of me on here now that is up as my main picture which is the heaviest I have been and then a picture of me before I started gaining weight due to other health issues. I can't wait to go back to the old me....with a few slight changes. :) I have started incorporating my post op diet into my current diabetic diet to get use to the change and also doing the whole drinking and hour before and after meals and not at the same time. I have tried several different protein shakes people in the rooms and forums have suggested and found a few that I like.....but from what I heard that doesn't mean I'll like them after the surgery. Anyway I am just sooooo excited I can't wait until I have the surgery!!!!!!!!! :)
