June 2008 -- WOW has it been that long since I've updates?

I would love to come here and say that I am at goal...but I am not. I am about 60 pounds lighter than when I started this journey. Would I do it again? In a minute. Why am I not at goal? Bad food choices, not exercising, grazing....not the bands fault. I am trying to get back on track. My downfall is liquid calaries....I am so addicted to Starbuck's frappachinos (Mocha). I pray the Lord will bless me to get motivated and get started on this journey again. He made a way for me to have this wonderful band and He can help me to do this!
