"Dr. Monk will be my surgeon. My first impression was that he was very professional. He answered any questions that you have, and was very polite. rnThe office staff, in person were very friendly. It is very hard to get a hold of any of them over the phone though.rnSo far, I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Monk. One thing I do wish on his part is, he should let the patient know which surgery might be ideal for them. He says that he does not choose for you. Sometimes the patient is unsure. Doing so many surgeries, I'm sure he would know what might be easier for him and the patient.rnOther then that, he is a great Doctor and I have already told others about him."
