"Dr. Rajpal was very calm and approachable. He answered my many questions as best he could and made me feel totally comfortable. I have no reservations so far and I think my PCP made the right referral. He discussed risks and possible complications but reassured me that I was in good hands. I was kinda worried when he said that he has never had a patient suffer a major complication. Ths made him seem a little over-confident but I am hoping for the best.
The office staff was excellent...before I got there, while I was in and ever since. They are always on top of everything and are a great support staff for Dr. Rajpal. Overall, I am very impressed and looking forward to a smooth surgery and recovery."
