Hmmmmmm! I am at a loss for words-this never happpens!!!

I was soooo sick yesterday. I felt full and bloat and just miserable. I finally vomited but it was all liquid. I was so confused by that. It was almost like a dry heave, thing.  Is that dumping? I was so uncomfortable. I could not find any place in the house that was comfortable.  Finally at 5 am sat in front of my sofa and fell asleep sitting straight up.

Anyway, I was determine to attend the meeting today and I was able to, but I have been laying around all day. 

I think when I am able to tolerate food, I want to try being a vegetarian. It couldn't be that hard, huh???

Anyway, have a great week everyone. I am starting work tomorrow but from home this week. I am so looking forward to being back in the saddle a little bit!
