I am so happy that my 1st nutrition appt and Psychological exam is soooo over. yayyyy!! I think everything went pretty well, i am on the right track with my dieting and losing that 5% and hopfully more then they require. And the psych. appointment was not as bad as i really was expecting it to be. I am thankful for anyone who gave me info and support for this appointment since i had myself so worked up. I also stepped on the scale at the nutrition appt. and am down 8 more pounds ( 413.2)
