Here I am 3 weeks out and down 19 pounds. I feel like this is some crazy dream I'm seeing and I'm going to wake up from it anyday now and I'm going to be the same weight I started at.  Its weird I already have more energy than I had before and my son loves it. I'm NEVER going to see 400 pounds ever again and thats a promise I'm making to myself and everyone around me.....life is good!
