Still maintaining and doing well.... Still not so good on the exercising although my eating is mostly good so the weight is holding steady between 168 - 174.... Very happy with that.... I had gained back around 50 pounds a couple years ago, of course it came on slowly, but I have managed to take it back off and keep it off for over a year now.... YEAH ME!!!!I am now starting to explore my options for Plastics and can't wait to get rid of all this skin... I think after losing around 140 pounds and keeping it off, I deserve something to make me feel even better now about myself..... I have had a few consults, found the doctor that I want and am just waiting now to find out if my insurance will cover or not. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed that it happens for me.....
