Wow what a journey it has been! I will be 7 years post op In July.....Just was rereading some of my story and realized that my hypoglycemia did start at 15 months out from surgery. Have had several issues with that since 2004. The key is to eat I have been restrictive eating and it has caused my body to begin to eat my muscles since i do not have enough fat stores for my body to feed off of since i eat so very little.
There are so many different things that have taken place in my life after surgery some good some great and others not so great. But i would have taken the journey even knowing what i do not because without y RNY i never could have walked down the road i have i would have taken the path to heaven due to my health.
