I can not believe how long it has been since I typed on here. Its amazing to me that I actually lost and maintained a weight loss of 90lbs for 3 years!! That was until the twins came along . I lost the weight on my own that time with diet and exercise alone, so I know it can be done...but here I am again struggling with the same issue after gaining about 60 of those lbs back....Many people say ohhh you just had twins it will come off. I say no I am once again on that yoyo roller coaster I have been on since birth. Only this time I will have a tool to keep it off. Tomorrow is the big day I will suceed thank you God. I am a bit nervous but I have prayed and I know Jesus is with me Thank you God for this opportunity Amen!
