(((Mandy))) - Your day is almost here! I'm so excited for you. You've done a fantastic job jumping the hoops, appealing, etc. - everything that needed to be done is done. Now it's the surgery and you're ready. I'll be keeping you in my prayers on surgery day and I will look forward to hearing that your officially switched! Save a cookie for me. LOL
