VSG surgery done March 8, 2011. Off insulin one week later.

I had my consultation with my surgeon last Thursday and so far so good. Will hear from his office within a month to arrange meetings with an Internist, nutritionist and counsellor.  I have serious medical conditions that are either caused by or contributed to by my weight. I am hoping this surgery will help reverse those problems before I get worse than I already am.
