Second day after ballet class and several of my thigh muscle groups are killing me. Deep muscle soreness is what they call it, and boy do I have it! I haven't been able to gym or swim since, but I'm shooting to be back in the pool tomorrow morning. 

And I'll be back at the barre next week!
