UPDATE

It has been 1yr and 3mons since surgery and I am offically down 115lbs. I was reviewing my list of goals tonight that I had honestly choose a year ago and never looked at them again. I have achieved 6 of my 8 goals. I could not be happier with most everything. Except you really find out who your friends are. I've lost a few but gained some even better along the way. My kids are proud that I'm there mom. My husband has a renewed attraction to me and my parents are so excited. It hasn't been easy but I would do it again in a heart beat. My most favorite part of all of this is seeing people I haven't seen in a while and them not even recognizing me. I have honestly had coworkers I haven't seen in a while, introduce themselves to me. It was all a dream and now it's my reality.
