"So I finally met Dr. Touliatos. He was very nice and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. His office staff is very friendly. I have to drive 3 hours to get to the hospital and was a little bit late and was afraid the staff would give me a hard time about it but they didn't. What I liked the least was that I had to wait 2 and a half hours to see him after my appointment time. He was very clear about the risks of the surgery but I am a low risk candidate so I am not worried about any complications. He even printed out a sheet restating the risks and complications of surgery just to make sure I was aware of them. As I only saw him for about 15 minutes, I don't have much more to add now."
