"Dr. Kaul has such a great sense of humor. It really put me at ease. He was very honest and kind. He has remained this way throughout the entire process. Thank God! He explained all the pros and cons. He was very upfront with me about the risks to me with and without the surgery. The office staff is great but very busy. I did have to be pro-active and follow up on things with a particular member of his staff. She was not as effecient as I would have hoped. I can't think of a thing I don't like about him. He really cares about what he is doing. He will tell you what you need to hear even if you don't want to hear it but he will do it with compassion. He is a big advocate of aftercare. He insists that it is the difference between those who succeed and those who don't. They have a support group at his practice, as well as an on staff registered dietician. I would rate Dr. Kaul a 10 out of 10. His competence and bedside manner are second to none."
