It's been a long time friedns since I've posted to my blog. I had my 3 year anniversary yesterday. Although I'm happy about where I am I still would like to loose more. I guess you know I have not met my goal weight. There is still more work to do and I will need some of your work to get back on track. I'm such a bad girl. CHOW for now.
