Status Update!

Sep 30, 2011

Its been 2.5 months since surgery and I have to say though it was hard at first, I love that I made the decision to have RNY.
I have officially lost 58lbs so far, and I can definitely tell a difference. My face has slimmed down quite a bit, my stomach has gone down drastically, then of course my breast have dropped, and unfortunately I am losing my hips/thighs/and butt. OAN: I had to see my chiropractor today for an alignment cause my hips have been killing me since I've dropped so much weight.

As far as my diet, I'm getting used to it. Although, I haven't been able to get in all my meals on a daily basis yet, I try daily. Per my nuts advice I've been trying different sources of protein, and I have to say so far chicken and roast are no longer my friends. Every time I eat either chicken or roast no matter how its cooked, it tries to kill me, literally! I can't breath, and my chest starts hurting extremely bad to the point that i have to vomit. I notice that if I forget to weigh my food and eat more than the 1/3c of food I'm allowed at a time, then the same thing happens.

Anyhow, I wouldn't have done things any differently I love my pouch! I can't wait for the end results!
