Regain has got to go!

I can't believe it's been almost 4yrs since my surgery. It really doesn't seem like it's been that long. Things have gone crazy these last 4yrs. I've moved from Ohio to Georgia and now I'm in Florida. I've dealt with so much from helping my husband gain custody of his daughter to finding out my son has Aspergers. Over the last year I've had some regain. 35lbs to be exact ????. I've made a decision that I have got to start living for me again. As of today 2/1/2016 I'm taking back my life and getting these 35lbs of regain off me! It has got to go! I'm starting back over from the beginning by doing the basics. I'm going back to protein shakes, making sure I count my protein and calories, most importantly getting my water intake and vitamins. I've gone back to eating carbs and sugar which is a no no. I'm starting cold turkey no more carbs and sugar. I'm making this vow to myself because I'm the one who matters. So regain goodbye, so long, adios you've got to go!
