I have not been myself latley. I feel myself changing for the better, yet change is so overwhelming at times.It's been six months, I have lost 94 pounds. I thank Father GOD for that, and I do love my sleeve!
My eating has gotten better, still can't stand alot of things I used to. But, I learned over the holiday season that some foods are best to be left alone, period!
I don't want to sink into old nasty habits. I have gotten so used to eating healthy that other foods are just like drugs. I have learned to "JUST SAY NO"!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been standing on stage doing my Poetry thing! Me on stage in front of rooms full of people! Singing at Church and feeling a since of belonging instead of what others are thinking of my weight.
I still have 100 pounds to go, but I have come a long way. There's no looking back, except to remember where I came from, and to help others.
I have come from a size 32 to a 22 and this may seem not to good to you who are a size 22 now, (ok I can squeeze into a 20, but don't like my stomach) but it is a great accomplishment to me. I can't wait to get into a size 15/16, that's my goal!
I look really good at that size.
It's just after being a size 32 for so many years I just don't know what to do with myself at times.
I don't need anyone taking care of me anymore, I can go shopping myself, I can do so much more now. I really have a new life! And it's all because of my friend little sleevie.
Thank you Father GOD for my sleeve!!!!!!
I pray that everyone had a happy holiday and new year.
WOW! You know what you guys, I can't wait for the summer, I am going to have a ball!!!!!!!
