One Month Today!

Hello Everyone it has been 1 month today since I had my revision. I am doing well I am now eating soft foods and so far everything has went down my stomach just fine.(Thank You Jesus. I was told by my surgeon that at this stage I should be exercising for at least 15 minutes. I can only imagine the shock he got when I told him I am exercising at 50 minutes already. I was given another opportunity to meet my goal and I am doing everything I can  to get there. I have not weighed myself because I get obessed so I have a appointment in a couple of weeks I will update you on that. But if I can't wait until then I will update you then. I am happy with the progress I am making and I look forward to a more healthy lifestyle. Talk To You Soon ????
