A Pleasant Surprise

Hi Everyone I went to see my Dietician today I haven't seen her or been weighed since surgery. Which was May 1st. of this year I have heard from others that I would NOT lose that much on this revision. Well I was weighed today and to my surprise I am down 30 since surgery. I was so happy I almost cried I have been working very hard exercising 5-6 days a week for a hour and I am so happy with the results.  And so was my dietician she was extremely happy so I guess everyone is different concerning the revision. My dietician told me I could lose as much as 75- 100 pounds so I am excited about the future.
