Almost There
Oct 19, 2018
Hello Everyone it's been a minute since I have updated my progress. Well for all of you who are not familiar with my situation I will elaborate. I had vsg in 2014 I lost alittle over 100 pounds. Then all of a sudden I started to not lose weight and I was following everything properly. This happened a couple years after vsg. I even started to gain weight because I was getting depressed. Thanks to my very supportive husband and children they encouraged me to go see my surgeon. Fast forward to 2017 my surgeon ran tests and found out my sleeve stopped working why he has no idea. So he talked to me about having a revision to the bypass that was the original surgery I wanted. But he was hesitant to do the bypass in the beginning because I had scar tissue from 2 C-sections. I don't want to make this to long lol! Moving forward I had the revision May 1st 2017 I originally weighed 360 pounds I am now 209 and striving to get to 180-190 and I just wanted to let you know that it definitely hasn't been easy but worth it ???? percent. Good Luck to all the people with upcoming surgeries. And for the ones who have started on there journey I wish you much success you ALL can do if I can ????
