MsShawna, Glad to know you are home and doing well. I am doing great. Had my first dumping episode (1/2 chocolate protein bar), and Diva, it is no fun!!! Otherwise, I am losing weight slowly, down to 183 lbs so I can't complain. ] Keep walking and sipping!
