Where is the time going? Seems like yesterday I had surgery. Seems like Yesterday Obesity help only had 500 members. Ok 14 years later things are going pretty good. Weigh in this morning was 123 pounds. My Blood labs are still off but again I must stress that if I did what I am s'pose to do, I wouldn't have these issues. My Iron has been bottomed out, I now get Iron infusions and B12 shots. Smartest move I ever did was get that b12 shot. I'm low on my Folic acid. My vitamin D is low but hey I'm in a brick building all day , I have UC , doctors says it is chrohns but I'm leaning more to UC. That is such a pain in my ass literally , so I. Not going there on that subject. ok so what would be interesting for someone wondering what a Long term post op RNY eats.  So let's see, I will give an example of what a normal food diary looks like for me in a day.

breakfast-  coffee and more coffee

about 30 minutes after my coffee I try to eat a hard boiled egg or a string cheese

Snack- Greek yogurt 6oz.

Lunch- maybe a peanut butter and jelly sandwich minus the crust

snack - orange or a handful of grapes

dinner - whatever I cook . Example 2 oz beef or chicken, 1/2 cup veggies and maybe a few bites of starchy foods.

snack before bedtime.
