It sure been a while seance I have posted an update. It has been almost 16 years seance sense I had my open RNY. When I started my quest for weight loss surgery I was 305 pounds, I got to my goal weight of 135 in 10 months and my weight has settled between 115-120 pounds. I can't complain one bit. I haven't weighted myself in over 6 months only because I took my scales out the barn and the horses kinda stepped on them ???? And I have been to lazy to buy new ones. Now a days when I do weigh myself it is to make sure I am not too underweight. I can always tell where my weight is by the way my clothes fit. After these years that have past I still have fear that my pouch will get stretched or something will happen and I will gain my weight back. On a final note , Today I am blessed to have been able to keep my weight off.
